Problem with buying skills. - Guild Wars Forums

I wanted to buy this certain skill from the priest of balthazar. It was an elite skill and cost 3,000 factions. So i go out and fight for a while, and when i finally get enough, I unlock it and I didnt get the skill. It says its unlocked but i dont have it. any help?

You unlocked it for a PvP character. You cannot use the skill on your PvE character.

Not really, PvP gives PvP rewards, PvE gives PvE rewards. Seems fair to me.

And to be fair it tells you that when you go to unlock it

If you want to unlock it on your PvE character you either have to find the boss and capture it yourself list of Elite Skills. Or you can use an Elite Tome to unlock the skill on your character. These can be farmed from bosses in Hard Mode or purchased from other players.
